Since the other two browsers work fine, I really don't think the issue is with Agilebits. Agilebits has always delivered on their extensions, and I use Chrome, Safari and Firefox. I downloaded it through Safari, and tried a manual installation, and was told it wasn't signed. I have tried installing from Agilebits, and either get the message that the connection is not working, or that the extension is not signed.

I updated to the latest version of Firefox 43.0.2, which is supposed to solve the problem, but it didn't. I sat down this morning to discover that Firefox has removed a number of very useful extensions that i use often. We'll get it sorted out once we have more details of the problem.

Please let me know the exact version of Firefox you are running as well as the version of the 1Password extension you have installed (if applicable).

Installation went smoothly, and the extension works great. Just to be sure, I uninstalled the 1Password extension from Firefox, and then I reinstalled it again. The 1Password latest version of the 1Password Firefox extension works very well. I don't personally use Firefox on a daily basis, but I have it installed and just made sure I was running the latest version of it (43.0.2). We certainly do test things before we ship them. With regard to how they integrate with browsers, they don't have anything in common with each other.

You are using the current version of 1Password.

The other user has a very old version of 1Password installed. I split your post from that other thread since the issue is completely unrelated. My advice to the other user will not help you at all. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.
